I’m Susan Warwicker, a Life Coach and certified Advanced NLP Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience of working on film and tv productions

Among my many duties a Production Executive, I spearheaded DEI programmes and initiatives as I believe in the importance of diverse stories and talents being reflected both on and behind screen. I also supported HoDs in conflict resolutions to help them run their departments and crews more effectively.

I’ve worked mainly in HETV and comedy on shows such as A Thousand Blows, Peaky Blinders, Les Miserables, The Wrong Mans & Mr Stink. I’ve filmed all over the UK and on location in various countries including Spain, Belgium, France, South Africa and Kazakhstan.

Having climbed the ladder from Runner to Production Executive, I witnessed many talented crew members suffer from bad management due to lack of leadership training and support, toxic work environments, high stress levels and burnout due to increasingly tight shooting schedules

In 2024 I decided to leave the industry to address these issues head on. By understanding the pace and challenges crew members face, I have the insight to help move our industry forward to a happier, healthier environment and mindset

Our industry is losing gifted and experienced people daily but through coaching, we can change this
